Er. Pradeep Kumar Sarangi studied at Piala High School, Science College Hinjilikatu, and BES Berhampur. He also holds a B.Tech from Karnataka State Open University (KSOU). His educational background supported his career in government service and literary pursuits.

Er. Pradeep Kumar Sarangi worked as an Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) in various locations including Jepore(K), Rayagada, Phulabani, Khalikote, Berhampur, Cuttack, Kendujhar, and Khordha.
