He subsequently earned an LL.M. in Business Laws from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore, between 2011 and 2013, where he was recognized as a university topper. He also completed a Certificate Course in Cyber Laws from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi (2011), a Premier Course in Intellectual Property Rights at the WIPO-UNIGE Summer School on Intellectual Property in Geneva, Switzerland (2006), and certificate courses in Business Process and Workflow Management and Knowledge Management through the United Nations Public Administration Network (UNPAN), New York.

Raghvendra Singh Raghuvanshi has practiced as an advocate at the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Indore Bench, since May 2007, accumulating 19 years of experience in civil, commercial, criminal, and writ litigation. He also frequently appears before the Supreme Court of India.
