Sidhesh Todarmal has built a career in human resources, with extensive experience across both public and private sectors. Known for his optimistic and solution-driven approach, he has led critical HR functions including talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, compensation and benefits, mergers and acquisitions, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.

At Knorr-Bremse Technology Center India, he has served as Human Resources Business Partner since December 2019, overseeing talent acquisition, policy formulation, HR operations, global recruitment, HR analytics, and system implementation.
