Dr Kuldeep Singh Mehta was born on 4 March 1981, on the occasion of Mahashivratri, in Rampur, Himachal Pradesh. His father's name is Shri Amolak Ram, and his mother's name is Smt. Janku Devi. He is the youngest among five siblings.

==Education==

Dr Kuldeep Singh Mehta completed his graduation from Degree College Rampur, followed by an M.Sc. in Information Technology (IT).

==Career==

Dr Kuldeep Singh Mehta dedicated himself to the field of education after completing his studies. With a vision to provide higher education opportunities to the youth of the tribal region of Kinnaur, he established and managed educational institutions aimed at empowering needy students, and has inspired thousands of young individuals toward skill-based education and self-employment.

In 2005, he came into contact with the Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya, Mount Abu, where he received spiritual education in Gyan Yoga and adopted the practice of Sahaj Rajyoga. Inspired by these teachings, he decided to dedicate his life to social service.

In 2011, he founded Swarnim Himachal Jan Jagran Samiti, Himachal Pradesh, an initiative aimed at building a value-based society. Through this organization, he motivated thousands of social workers across Himachal Pradesh and guided many young individuals toward social service.

To further expand his work in education and social welfare, Dr Kuldeep Singh Mehta established Dev Bhoomi International Skill Development Institute (India) and Swarnim Bharat Samaj Kalyan Foundation (India), where he currently serves as President.

==Achievements==

Dr Kuldeep Singh Mehta was honored with an Honorary Doctorate in Social Service in 2022, in recognition of his contributions to social service.
