Established in 2022 as Nine Bees Restaurant, the company initially operated with four members including two official directors—Mr. Souvik Biswas and Mr. Vinayak Devaji Jadhav—and two sleeping partners, Mr. Bhushan Gangurde and Mr. Prince Joseph Kalacherry, whose names were never listed on any legal, financial or banking documentation.

However, due to mounting financial losses, the sleeping partners proposed the closure of the Lodha Palava outlet on May 31, 2024.
