Career
Anand Krishna began his career as Marketing Manager at HBA & Co., UK, from June 1993 to October 1995, where he developed retail operations in premises of five-star hotels including Hilton and Le Meridian, and secured business worth $10 million in cosmetic goods in the Eastern European region.
He then served as National Sales Manager at Purolator India Limited from November 1995 to April 2003, where he implemented a QCDGP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Growth and Profit) system, achieved a 22% increase in sales and 35% increase in profitability, launched over 50 new products, and developed new institutional and OEM business with clients including Tata Motors, Mahindra, and Force Motors.
From June 2003 to May 2004, he served as General Manager – Sales at Fleetguard Filters, Cummins Group, Pune, followed by General Manager – Sales & Marketing at Fleetguard Filters Pvt. Ltd. from June 2004 to November 2011, where he developed institutional business with clients including Reliance, L&T, and Essar, established the After Market operations, increased sales 50% annually, and completed a Six Sigma Green Belt project. He continued in a similar role at Fleetguard Filters Pvt. Ltd. – FSSPL, a joint venture with Sotras, Italy, from December 2011 to August 2012.
He then served as General Manager – Marketing & SCM at Hella India Lighting Ltd. from September 2012 to November 2014, focusing on brand building, distribution network expansion, and supply chain management aligned with Hella's global standards.
From December 2014, Anand Krishna has served as Director of Flow Management Consulting, providing Theory of Constraints (TOC) consultancy to companies in the automobile ancillary sector, focused on plant productivity, new product development, supply chain management, and after-market sales improvement.
He served as General Manager – Marketing & SCM at Hella India, followed by Chief Operating Officer at Luman Industries Limited from February 2016 to September 2018, and Chief Executive Officer at the same company from October 2018 to June 2021, based in Pantnagar and Delhi, where he focused on aftermarket business growth, brand management, and application of Theory of Constraints principles to supply chain management.
From July 2021 to August 2023, he served as Director – IAM at Mann+Hummel Filters Pvt. Ltd., a German multinational and global market leader in automotive and industrial filtration. He then served as Director at Vortex Management Services, a self-employed engagement in the automotive aftermarket sector, from September 2023 to August 2025.
Since February 2026, Anand Krishna has served as Managing Director & CEO of Kronsbein Ultrafilter India Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturer of high-efficiency filtration solutions, overseeing strategic direction and operations and driving product innovation across the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and chemicals industries. He also leads SalesDrive Technologies as CEO, focused on IT systems and AI-enabled analytics for the automotive aftermarket.
