Arif Ullah (born 1 June 1992), popularly known as AP Arif and Open Masti, is an Indian singer, songwriter, and digital media entrepreneur. Originating from Assam, India, he is recognized for his multilingual music productions and his role in establishing the Muqaddas Network, a platform focused on ethical creator engagement and talent-driven digital ecosystems.
