Raghvendra Singh Raghuvanshi was born on 21 August 1984 in Ganj Basoda, District Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh, India. He was born into a farmer family, where values of hard work, honesty, and perseverance shaped his early life and professional outlook.
Education
Raghvendra Singh Raghuvanshi completed his five-year integrated B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal, between 2002 and 2007. He subsequently earned an LL.M. in Business Laws from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore, between 2011 and 2013, where he was recognized as a university topper. He also completed a Certificate Course in Cyber Laws from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi (2011), a Premier Course in Intellectual Property Rights at the WIPO-UNIGE Summer School on Intellectual Property in Geneva, Switzerland (2006), and certificate courses in Business Process and Workflow Management and Knowledge Management through the United Nations Public Administration Network (UNPAN), New York.
Career
Raghvendra Singh Raghuvanshi is a first-generation lawyer who has practiced before the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Indore Bench since 2007 and frequently appears before the Supreme Court of India.
He has extensive experience in civil, commercial, criminal, constitutional, and writ litigation. He is recognized for his strategic approach to litigation, meticulous case preparation, and ability to assertively argue cases with exceptional court craft while maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics.
He served as Special Public Prosecutor for the Special Police Establishment (Lokayukt) at the MP High Court, Indore Bench, for six years, handling several important anti-corruption matters.
In 2007, he co-founded Raghuvanshi Vaidya & Partners along with Advocate Nidhi Vaidya. Under his leadership, the firm has grown into one of Madhya Pradesh's leading full-service law firms, representing individuals, corporate entities, government organizations, and other law firms across India.
