Dr Aradhana Chauhan is the Managing Director of Balaji Beauty Salon and International Academy. She is also the Managing Director and founder of Maa Narmada Vriddh Ashralaya Sanstha in Kharighat, Jabalpur. Additionally, she founded the Royal Rajputana Mahila Association in Jabalpur. Over her career, she has trained nearly 2,900 students in professional courses including makeup artistry, hairstyling, hairdressing, skin therapy, and nail artistry.
Social Service
Through Maa Narmada Vriddh Ashralaya Sanstha, Dr Aradhana Chauhan provides care for more than 20 elderly women who are abandoned, destitute, disabled, or helpless. The ashram offers them a safe home, nutritious meals, medical care, emotional support, and dignity.
Achievements
Dr Aradhana Chauhan has conducted over 5,000 professional bridal makeovers and organized numerous national and international beauty seminars, masterclasses, workshops, competitions, and skill development programs. She is the Founder and President of the All India Hair Beauty Association and the Jabalpur Beautician Welfare Association, promoting ethical practices and empowerment in the beauty industry. She also leads the Royal Rajputana Mahila Sangathan, which unites nearly 300 Rajput women through leadership and social initiatives.
