Dr Dilshad Alam is an Indian doctor and social activist based in Bihar. He holds fellowships in cardiac rehabilitation and diabetes mellitus and has been involved extensively in healthcare and social welfare activities in the region.

Dr Dilshad Alam completed his MBBS and holds fellowships in diabetology, cardiac rehabilitation, and diabetes mellitus.
Career
Dr Dilshad Alam has been recognized with numerous awards including the National Awards, International Dada Saheb Phalke Award, Pride of Bihar, Superhero Award from Sunil Shetty, Mahima Chaudhary Doctor Pride Award from Amisha Patel, and the Dada Saheb Award from the Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan in Dubai. He has also received the Health Oscar from Dhanraj Pillay, Excellence Award from Punam Dhillon and Gulsha Grover, and two doctorates from institutions in New Delhi, the American University, and WHRPC.
He has treated over three lakh patients and organized many social welfare and health camps focused on women empowerment. Dr Alam established a blood bank and won the Best President Award in Bihar and Jharkhand. He has received various other honors including the 100 Percent PHF Buxar Club Award, Erey Award, TRF Award, Best Youth Award, and Platinum Award in Rotary Award Ceremony in Patna from Governor Namrata.
Dr Dilshad Alam made a world record with 320 speakers and is recognized as a Level Two Major Donor in 2026. His achievements span both social and medical fields. He currently runs a multispecialty hospital and serves as Chief Secretary of Bihar HRSJ.
