Prof.(Dr.) Umesh Chandra is an Indian Professor of Entomology based in Kumarganj, Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. He is serving as Professor and Head of the Department of Entomology at Acharya Narendra Deva University of Agriculture & Technology (ANDUAT). He has more than 27 years of experience in Teaching, Research and Extension and is widely recognized for his contributions to Integrated Pest Management (IPM), Economic Entomology, Biological Control, Toxicology, Honey Bees and Pollinators, and Advanced Entomology. He is popularly known as the "IPM Man."

Early Life

Prof.(Dr.) Umesh Chandra was born on 15 February 1972 at Barchauli, Saraiharkhoo, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Prof.(Dr.) Umesh Chandra completed his Ph.D. in Entomology.
