Raghvendra Singh Raghuvanshi completed his five-year integrated B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal, between 2002 and 2007. He subsequently earned an LL.M. in Business Laws from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore, between 2011 and 2013, where he was recognized as a university topper. He also completed a Certificate Course in Cyber Laws from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi (2011), a Premier Course in Intellectual Property Rights at the WIPO-UNIGE Summer School on Intellectual Property in Geneva, Switzerland (2006), and certificate courses in Business Process and Workflow Management and Knowledge Management through the United Nations Public Administration Network (UNPAN), New York.

Career

Raghvendra Singh Raghuvanshi has practiced as an advocate at the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Indore Bench, with extensive experience since 2007, in civil, commercial, criminal, and writ litigation. He also frequently appears before the Supreme Court of India.

He served as Special Public Prosecutor for the Special Police Establishment (Lokayukt) at the MP High Court Indore Bench for six years, handling anti-corruption cases, and is recognized as the youngest advocate ever appointed to that role by the Government of Madhya Pradesh.

In 2007, Raghvendra Singh Raghuvanshi co-founded Raghuvanshi Vaidya & Partners, a full-service law firm in Indore specializing in the Indian legal system, together with fellow NLIU alumna Advocate Nidhi Vaidya.
