SCBMCH CTC
Following his initial posting, Dr Thitta Mohanty spent twenty years at SCBMCH CTC (Chest and TB Centre attached to S.C.B. Medical College and Hospital), one of the longest and most significant phases of his career. During this extended tenure, he worked extensively in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of chest diseases, tuberculosis, and other respiratory conditions, while also contributing to the training of medical students and junior doctors at the affiliated teaching hospital.
PRMMCHBPD
Dr Thitta Mohanty subsequently served for six years at PRMMCHBPD (PRM Medical College and Hospital, Baripada), continuing his work in respiratory medicine within a teaching hospital environment and further building his clinical and academic experience.

Dr Thitta Mohanty joined PGIMER and CH, Bhubaneswar, Khordah, Odisha, initially as faculty in the Department of Respiratory Medicine.
