History
Manasakshi Foundation was established on 31 March 2016 in Vidyanagar, Gokak, as a non-religious NGO committed to social welfare and health. The organization empowers youth, children, and rural women through programs including yoga, meditation, organic farming training, and life skills development. It actively promotes blood donation, tree plantation, and health awareness initiatives in schools, colleges, and public institutions. Manasakshi combines the wisdom of eastern philosophy with modern psychology to inspire and educate individuals, offering personal counseling, mind power workshops, and pyramid meditation sessions to foster holistic growth.

Leadership
Manasakshi Foundation was founded by Dr Mallikarjun Guruji, who is also the founder of Basava Pyramid Ashram.
