Early Life
Reena Mittal was born on 9th April 1975 in Delhi. From an early age, she was a dancer and an achiever, consistently securing first positions at Ramjas School and Delhi University while actively participating and winning in college fests.
Education
Reena Mittal graduated in 1996 and has studied fashion designing and fine arts. Learning has remained a lifelong passion for her: she learned acting from renowned theatre personality Barry John and attended an acting school in Delhi at the age of 40, the same age at which her journey in art began. She also studied Fine Arts at the Stroke Institute and learned from several renowned artists.

Reena Mittal is a Life Coach, Wellness Coach, Healer, Artist, and Art Teacher. She is the founder of RANG Studio, where she teaches art to people of all age groups.
She has supported women in discovering their artistic talent and pursuing opportunities as artists and art teachers. Her work combines creative education with personal development and wellness guidance.
After experiencing her own healthy weight-loss transformation, Reena Mittal dedicated herself to helping others achieve their health goals, and has helped more than 1,000 people work toward better health, healthier habits, and improved lifestyles through guidance, accountability, nutrition, and mindset transformation.
At the age of 50, she became certified in Life Coaching and Ho'oponopono. Through her coaching and healing practices, she helps people identify and break negative patterns, strengthen their emotional connection with themselves, and create positive change in areas including health, relationships, career, money and abundance, and emotional well-being.
Her mission is to help as many people as possible become healthy, emotionally strong, and financially independent, so they can create a life they truly love.
