Prof.Rizwan Zakaullah Khan is an Indian educationist, social worker, and motivational speaker based in Dhad, Maharashtra. He is the founder of National Public English School and Junior College and actively participates in youth empowerment and social service initiatives in the region.

Prof.Rizwan Zakaullah Khan was born on 20 August 1985 in Dhad, Taluka Buldhana, Maharashtra.
Education
He holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Physics and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), along with a Ph.D. He has built his academic and professional life around his passion for education.
Career
Prof. Dr. Rizwan Khan has dedicated his life to education, social service, youth empowerment, and community development. He founded the National Public English School and Junior College in Dhad with the vision of providing quality English-medium education to students in rural Maharashtra. His educational philosophy emphasizes not only academic knowledge but also confidence, communication skills, discipline, leadership, moral values, and social responsibility.
He is also involved in political and social work, serving as Maharashtra Pradesh Vice President – Minority Department of the Nationalist Congress Party (Sharad Pawar faction) and as Maharashtra Working President of the Muslim Welfare Association. Through these roles, he addresses issues related to education, social justice, youth development, and minority welfare.
Prof. Dr. Rizwan Khan is known as a motivational speaker who inspires students and young people to believe in themselves, set goals, and face challenges with determination. He authored the motivational book "PARVAAZ – परवाज़," which encourages youth to dream big and persevere.
Social Service
Social service plays a significant role in his public life. He has organized initiatives such as free health camps and blood donation drives, including a Maha Arogya Shibir on his birthday in 2026, reflecting his commitment to giving back to society.
