Rajesh Mohan Gupta is an Indian engineer and General Manager based in Uttar Pradesh. He is currently serving as the General Manager at the UP Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA), where he oversees various expressway construction projects across the state.

Rajesh Mohan Gupta completed his schooling at R.K. Mission, Kanpur. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree from Motilal Engineering College, Allahabad, and later completed an MBA.
Career
Rajesh Mohan Gupta started his professional career with the UP State Bridge Corporation. During his tenure, he served in various capacities and gained experience in civil engineering and infrastructure development.
After his retirement from the UP State Bridge Corporation, he joined the UP Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA). He currently serves as the General Manager, where he is responsible for overseeing various expressway construction projects across Uttar Pradesh.
