On 15 August 2000, he began his private practice at Sanjeevani Hospital and Surgical Centre in Pusegaon. During his practice in rural areas, he faced many challenges but managed to save thousands of lives. He has successfully completed nearly 10,000 surgeries and conducted more than 4,000 deliveries. He continues to run the multispeciality hospital at Pusegaon and provides free services to the Primary Health Centre in Khatav Taluka for family planning operations.
Personal Life
Dr Ambadas Narsingrao Kadam has two children. His elder son, Dr Yashraj, has completed MBBS, and his younger son has recently gained admission for MBBS. His wife, Mrs Sanjivani Kadam, is the director of Sanjeevani Hospital and Surgical Centre. She manages medical stores and oversees hospital management. The family also owns a security petroleum business with an LPG station and an electric vehicle charging station. Additionally, they have Saubhagya Sanskritik Bhavan, a multipurpose hall, and agricultural land including mango orchards.
