Career
Sunil Tripathi offers advisory and legal services in labour law and service matters. He represents Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Multinational Companies (MNCs), and several renowned private sector companies in Higher Courts.
He is presently practising in the Allahabad High Court. Apart from writing several articles on legal matters, he has authored four commentaries on the new Labour Codes for Taxmann Publication.
Sunil Tripathi has served as a resource person four times at national-level workshops and seminars organized by the National Judicial Academy, Bhopal. During these programmes, he shared his knowledge alongside Justice C. K. Thakker, Justice Dharmadhikari, Justice V. Gopal Gowda, and other High Court judges. The participants included Presiding Officers of Labour Courts and Industrial Tribunals.
