Under his leadership, the Tathaapi group has established a presence across luxury hotels, resorts, airport wellness centres, and healthcare ventures in India.

Lalit Goswami completed his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), which provided the foundation for his career in business management, entrepreneurship, and hospitality.
Career
Lalit Goswami began his entrepreneurial journey with the vision of integrating hospitality, wellness, Ayurveda, and tourism into a unified business ecosystem. In 2021, he established Tathaapi Spa & Wellness, which has grown into one of India's expanding wellness management companies. As Founder and Director, he has led the expansion of the company into luxury hotels, resorts, airport wellness lounges, and corporate hospitality projects, and under his leadership the organization has successfully executed more than 100 hospitality and wellness projects across India.
He also serves as the Director of Tathaapi Hospitality Private Limited, where he oversees hospitality operations, wellness partnerships, business development, and strategic expansion. Through the company, he has promoted integrated hospitality solutions combining luxury accommodation, wellness therapies, Ayurveda, and guest experience management.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Lalit Goswami owns The Palace Inn luxury hotel properties located in Jaipur and Haridwar, known for providing hospitality services that combine modern comfort with wellness-oriented experiences.

Under Lalit Goswami's leadership, Tathaapi Spa & Wellness has collaborated with several hospitality brands and luxury hotel chains across India, including Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels, Taj Hotels, Lemon Tree Hotels, Clarks Hotels, and The Lalit Hotels. The company also manages wellness facilities at selected domestic airports in collaboration with airport authorities and private airport operators, having expanded wellness services into India's aviation sector by developing airport spa lounges that provide wellness and relaxation services for travellers. These operations function in partnership with airports managed under the Airports Authority of India (AAI) and Adani Airports network.
To support quality service standards and professional workforce development, Lalit Goswami established an in-house Spa Academy, which provides technical training, professional certification, and skill development for therapists and hospitality professionals.
