Dr. Sahil Singh (born 31 January 1995) is an Indian technocrat, diplomat, academician, and serial entrepreneur known for his contributions in the fields of artificial intelligence, IT consultancy, and technology-led governance. He is the founder of Komad Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Chairman of Komad IT Solutions, UAE. His work spans across sectors in digital transformation, public sector innovation, and sustainable tech development.

Dr. Singh holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA-MCA), as well as an Honorary Doctorate in Artificial Intelligence. He is a certified professional by the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), under India’s Ministry of Communications and IT, with multiple credentials in emerging technologies and digital systems.

Current Role – IIMSAM Ambassador

Dr. Singh is currently serving as an Ambassador for Strategic Partnerships and UN Sustainable Development Goals at IIMSAM (Intergovernmental Institution for the Use of Micro-Algae Spirulina Against Malnutrition), which holds Intergovernmental Observer Status to the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).

Dr. Singh founded Komad Technologies as a platform to deliver cutting-edge IT services, with operations spanning India and the UAE. As Chairman of Komad IT Solutions UAE, he has led major projects in enterprise automation, cloud strategy, and digital infrastructure for public and private sector clients.
