Swayam Sharma was born on 24 October 2001 in Soyat Kala, located in the Agar Malwa district of Madhya Pradesh. From an early age, he showed a strong inclination towards leadership and social responsibility, which gradually shaped his interest in public service and youth development.

He currently serves as the National Organization General Secretary of Rashtriya Vidyarthi Manch. In this role, he is responsible for coordinating organizational activities, guiding youth participation, and strengthening the structure of the organization across different regions.
He is also associated with Narendra Modi Vichar Manch (RVM) as National Organization General Secretary, where he contributes to expanding organizational outreach, promoting ideological awareness, and strengthening youth participation at the national level.
