Additionally, she founded Kirti Mahila Sanstha. She also serves as a Cabinet Member of Lion District 3231A3, and heads the Women's Cooperative wing of Sahakar Bharti, Maharashtra. She has been a social activist for 25 years across different fields, with continued involvement in women's cooperative leadership.
