Dr Kavita kumbhaj
Dr Kavita Kumbhaj is an Indian business woman and social worker based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. She is the Founder, Director, and CEO of the Paaras Group of institutions, including Paaras Institute of Education, PIE Paaras Pvt. Ltd., and Paaras Group of Foundation, and has been active in education, women's empowerment, and social development.
Education
Dr Kavita Kumbhaj completed her 10th and 12th standard education, followed by a Bachelor of Science (BSc), a Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources and Information Technology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application (PGDCA), an Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) qualification, a Master of Philosophy (MPhil), a Master of Social Work (MSW), and a Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication (DJMC). She also holds an honorary doctorate in education.
Career
Dr Kavita Kumbhaj is the Founder, Director, and CEO of a group of institutions and organizations, including Paaras Institute of Education, Paaras Group of Institution (with more than 230 franchise centers across India), PIE Paaras Pvt. Ltd., and Paaras Group of Foundation. She also founded Bholuchand News Portal, Bholuchand News Channel, and The Bholuchand Talk Show, a podcast channel, along with Paaras Momento Hub and Paaras Digital Center.
Under her leadership, the Paaras Group has provided free computer training to more than 1,000 women annually since 2020, along with free tailoring training, free career counselling since 2016, and recognition programs for top-scoring students in the 10th and 12th standard board examinations.
She holds leadership roles in several other organizations, including District President of a Consumer Rights Organization, Past President of Green Army C.G., a role with the Crime Branch Organization, membership of Rotary Club Raipur West, District Vice President of C.G. Vyapari Sangh, and a role with Bhathagaon Vyapari Sangh.
Her organizations have worked with entities including the Ministry of Ayush (Government of India), the National Medicinal Plant Board (NMBP), the Central Government, corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, the Department of Women and Child Development, the Municipal Corporation (Nagar Nigam), NTPC, Hi-Tech Power Ltd., Rotary Club, Skill Development programs, and the AGR Group.
Dr Kavita Kumbhaj is frequently invited as Chief Guest, Guest of Honor, or Program Chair at educational institutions, women's honoring ceremonies, cultural and fashion events, and social and government functions across Chhattisgarh, including at schools, university events, police and armed forces welfare programs, and civic inauguration ceremonies. She has also held courtesy meetings with public figures and government officials in Chhattisgarh on topics including education, skill development, women's empowerment, and industrial development.

The Bholuchand Talk Show is a Hindi-language YouTube channel and podcast founded by Dr Kavita Kumbhaj, focused on motivation, self-improvement, life lessons, and general knowledge. The channel is aimed at students, youth, and audiences seeking daily inspiration and positive thinking through short-form video content.
Its content includes motivational videos in Hindi, success mindset and self-improvement tips, life lessons and inspirational talks, amazing facts and psychology-related knowledge content, and educational and motivational YouTube Shorts. Alongside its short-form video content, the channel also runs a podcast featuring real talks, true stories, and inspiring conversations, hosted by Bholuchand.

Her organization has also conducted health camps, distributed Diwali kits to children in slum areas, organized blanket distribution during winter under the "Warmth of Humanity" initiative, and honoured women, teachers, and community members through recognition programs including the Paaras Divya Shakti Award (2024, honouring 51 women), Paaras Ratna Samman (2025, honouring 51 computer center operators), Paaras Prerna Shakti Gaurav Samman (2025, honouring 151 women), and a state-level Teachers' Day recognition honouring 151 teachers.
